In response to the technology survey there are problems and frustrations being reported with Moodle. The IT department monitors these servers by programmed script every 3 minutes and after the rebuild in the fall it has been very stable internally. This leads us to believe the issues the users are having are with connectivity.
This is means we will need your help. I have set up a Google form to help us trouble shoot these issue. If you have a problem with Moodle can you please fill out and submit this form.

We will track the data and update you all on the process and any changes. We cannot do this without you. I will also post the form on the front page of Moodle.
We will give you an update next week on the causes and possible solutions.
